A leaf that is in the shape of a heart. There are tons of books on pregnancy and even more on parenting, but what about how to be a Mom? And a partner? And a co-worker or school volunteer? And a sister and a daughter? And the cook, the cleaner, and the household manager? It can be overwhelming and lonely. For women who chose to stay at home to raise children, even part-time, there can be the stress of now having less household income, the isolation that can go along with raising young children, grief about the career and work relationships left behind, and that’s not even mentioning the myth of the “Supermom” that many women feel the pressure to live up to.

Between being a mom of two myself and my prior experience working with teens, I can bring some real-life insight to helping women find some clarity and peace in the chaos.
